We do not currently have ICC profiles for this printer.Most color problems without a profile come from color being managed twice. In the Photoshop print dialog choose either Photoshop Manages Colors and turn off color correction in the Epson driver, or Printer Manages Colors and let the driver handle it. Not both. That one change fixes most color accuracy issues.

Are the XP-15000 inks dye or pigment?

Our XP-15000 inks are dye based, a six color set made for the Epson Expression Photo XP-15000.

The set covers Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Photo Black (T312) plus Red and Gray (T314).

How do I refill the tanks?

Reuse your original Epson tanks. They are the best suited to this printer. Standard, setup and XL tanks share the same internal volume, so every size refills to 26 to 27 grams.

Remove the tank and turn it so the ink pad faces up. Squeeze ink onto the pad and it is absorbed right away. Keep going until the tank reaches 26 to 27 grams. Without a scale, stop as soon as the pad looks wet, blot the pad with a paper towel, and reinstall the tank.

Where does the ink used for priming go?

Into the maintenance box at the right side of the printer. It holds about 80 ml, enough for roughly 30 refill sessions, and a replacement from Epson is inexpensive.

So there is no need to hold off on checking and topping up your tanks. Refilling all six together keeps waste to a minimum.
