How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can track your order in a few ways:

• Click the tracking link in your shipment notification email
• Log into your Precision Colors account and view your order history
• Use the Shop app for real-time delivery updates on your phone

What if I don't see tracking updates?

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your order ships. If it's been longer than that or you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact our support team. We're happy to help make sure your order arrives smoothly.

International orders:

For orders shipping outside the US, tracking updates may become less detailed once your package is handed off to the destination country's carrier. Rest assured your order is still on its way. If you have questions about an international shipment, reach out to our team and we'll help track it down.
