About this product
About this product
Everything you need to start refilling your Epson EcoTank ET-8550 / ET-8500 instead of buying new cartridges. This Basic Starter Kit is the lowest cost way in: a full 6-color T552 ink set and the essential refill tools (a 10 ml syringe and a dispensing needle). You refill the printer's built-in ink tanks.
The inks are our T552 compatible inks for the Epson EcoTank ET-8550 / ET-8500. Pigment Black is pigment-based, matching the original Epson setup, and the other five colors are dye-based. Each 2 oz bottle (59 ml) holds a little less than one original Epson T552 bottle (70 ml). Free ICC profiles for the ET-8550 are available for these inks.
Compatible with: Epson EcoTank ET-8550 and ET-8500
More for this printer: ET-8550 refill guide, ET-8550 ICC profiles, all ET-8550 inks and supplies.
Storage & Handling
Storage & Handling
Store inks tightly capped and upright, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Properly stored, sealed bottles can last for years. Use a clean syringe for each color to avoid cross contamination, and wipe up any drips with a damp paper towel. Use a cleaner with ammonia (e.g. Windex) to clean tough drips or spills.
Accessories like resetters and clips need no special care beyond keeping them clean and dry.
Keep all inks and refill tools out of reach of children and pets. Not for any use other than printer refilling.
